Terminal Duty Manager – Passenger Terminal Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Qatari National to lead the passenger terminal complex at Hamad International Airport. The Terminal Duty Manager ensures smooth operations, optimal passenger flow, and high‑quality service in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all terminal operations, guaranteeing efficient passenger movement.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the terminal, monitoring high‑traffic areas and adjusting resources as needed.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a customer‑centric culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role within aviation or related sector.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning/night).
• Qatari nationality.
