Terminal Standard Supervisor

About the role

The Terminal Standard Supervisor will oversee the cleaning services provided by outsourced contractors at Hamad International Airport. This role ensures that cleaning activities meet the airport’s standards, safety requirements, and agreed performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct joint cleaning audits with janitorial contractors at the Passenger Terminal Complex (PTC) to verify compliance with scope of work and KPIs.
• Uphold MATAR safety standards and ensure cleaning tasks are performed safely.
• Review and understand documentation required for effective cleaning operations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with MATAR procedures, standards, and cleaning supplier obligations.
• Complete daily shift reports and participate in shift handovers, highlighting any issues to maintain workflow continuity.

Required profile

• High school, vocational qualification, diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Accredited cleaning certification (e.g., BICS or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
