About the role
The Training Supervisor will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the organisation's learning initiatives. You will ensure training needs are identified, high‑quality solutions are sourced or created, and outcomes are measured through robust evaluation and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify annual training needs across the business and develop a comprehensive learning plan.
- Source, design or adapt training programmes and ensure timely delivery.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning platforms, maintaining accurate data and generating insightful reports.
- Measure learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to align learning solutions with organisational goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent is desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end training design, delivery and evaluation.
- Proven experience managing company‑wide learning solutions and using LMS technologies.
