Training Technician – Water Systems

About the role

The Training Technician – Water Systems will support laboratory‑based technical training by preparing equipment, assisting trainers, and ensuring the training environment is safe and fully operational. This position plays a key role in delivering practical sessions and maintaining the quality of training facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory equipment and practical training materials.
• Assist trainers during hands‑on training sessions.
• Maintain laboratory tools, machinery, and instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures promptly.
• Calibrate testing and monitoring equipment.
• Ensure laboratory safety and operational readiness.
• Support continuous improvement and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
