TSE Design Engineer

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced TSE Design Engineer to join its Roads & Infrastructure team in Qatar. The role involves planning, designing and coordinating treated sewage effluent distribution networks for major highway and urban development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design TSE transmission and distribution systems in line with project requirements.
• Prepare hydraulic calculations, pipeline sizing, pressure analysis and pumping system specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary utility designs and ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications, Ashghal utilities and international codes.
• Produce detailed design documentation, drawings and reports using industry‑standard software.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and utility authorities to resolve design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in TSE network design, with at least 5 years in GCC countries.
• Valid MMUP certification.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic design principles and Qatar utility requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, InfoWater or EPANET for hydraulic modelling.
• Experience with pipeline sizing, pressure analysis and pumping system design.
• Ability to produce technical drawings and design reports.
