UX Lead – Digital Retail Experience

About the role

The UX Lead will drive the strategy, design and delivery of customer‑centric digital experiences for the Digital Retail Experience portfolio. You will shape end‑to‑end journeys across eCommerce websites, mobile apps and omnichannel touchpoints, working closely with Marketing, Loyalty, Product, Technology and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design execution across eCommerce, mobile and other digital retail platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts and technology teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital solutions.
• Conduct customer research, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, usability testing and validation.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, mock‑ups and interactive prototypes that deliver exceptional experiences.
• Create visual and interaction designs optimized for mobile‑first, responsive and omnichannel contexts.
• Leverage insights, analytics and behavioural data to identify opportunities and improve engagement, satisfaction and conversion.
• Identify pain points and design elegant solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in UX design.

Required skills

• Expertise in UX design, interaction design, information architecture and design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of User‑Centred Design (UCD) methodologies and design‑thinking practices.
• Deep knowledge of mobile‑first, adaptive and responsive design principles.
