Vertical Operations Director

About the role

The Vertical Operations Director will own and scale the operational performance of Snoonu’s key business verticals, including grocery, laundry, ticketing and future services. The role ensures each vertical delivers high service quality, profitable growth and aligns with Snoonu’s customer‑obsessed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance for grocery, supermarket, convenience and quick‑commerce partners, managing product availability, stock and pricing accuracy.
• Reduce missing, wrong or out‑of‑stock items and improve picking, packing and handover processes.
• Develop operating standards for grocery partners, monitor fulfillment times and customer complaint trends.
• Own end‑to‑end laundry operations, set clear SLAs for pickup, cleaning, ironing, packaging and delivery, and build quality‑control standards.
• Implement escalation processes for high‑value, lost or damaged items and enhance customer trust.
• Manage ticketing services, ensuring accurate inventory, pricing and event details, and coordinate with organizers, venues and internal teams.
• Create SOPs for event‑day support, risk assessment and operational planning for major launches.
• Build scalable operating models, improve unit economics and solve cross‑functional issues across all non‑food verticals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑vertical operations in fast‑moving consumer services.
• Track record of driving profitable growth and improving unit economics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to design and implement scalable operating models.
• Customer‑obsessed attitude and ability to maintain high service standards.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with product, logistics, finance and merchant teams.
