Video Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Video Production Manager to lead our video content strategy across digital and social media platforms in Qatar. The successful candidate will combine hands‑on videography and editing expertise with strong team‑leadership to deliver high‑quality visual assets that support brand and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute video content strategies for social media, digital campaigns and corporate communications.
• Plan, shoot, light and record audio for projects, handling professional camera equipment as needed.
• Edit short‑form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long‑form videos (interviews, promos, event coverage) using industry‑standard software.
• Lead a creative team of videographers, editors, graphic designers and other contributors; assign tasks, manage schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create scripts, storyboards, treatments and provide creative direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media and other departments to align video output with campaign goals.
• Monitor video performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in videography, video production and editing.
• Proven track record of managing or leading a creative/video production team.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera techniques, sound capture and post‑production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is a plus.
