Vocational Instructor – Technical Training & Course Development

About the role

In this hybrid position you will deliver technical instruction and contribute to the design and revision of vocational courseware, enhancing the learning experience for customers. You will support both general engineering and specialty teams through engaging, interactive training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver vocational training sessions in line with curriculum and learning objectives.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for vocational and contracted courses, ensuring up‑to‑date content.
• Develop and update teaching materials such as lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments.
• Utilise modern teaching methodologies and technologies to create dynamic learning experiences.
• Collaborate with instructional teams to integrate feedback and improve course content.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to facilitate progress.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vocational education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience as a vocational instructor or in a similar technical training role.
