About the role

Join the food & beverage team at Ibis & Adagio Doha, a multi‑branded hotel complex offering stylish accommodation and diverse dining concepts. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional service and ensuring each guest feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in line with Accor’s service standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and handle any special requests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens, and suggest appropriate pairings.
• Upsell hotel promotions and additional menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform cashier duties and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the dining area clean and well‑stocked.
• Adapt to flexible duties, including redeployment to other departments when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
