Warehouse In-Charge

About the role

The Warehouse In-Charge leads all warehouse activities at ABYAT’s Doha location, ensuring efficient processes, accurate stock management, and compliance with company policies. This role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service to support the company’s retail operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff, supervising daily activities and assigning workloads.
• Plan and schedule receiving, distribution, and replenishment operations.
• Monitor and report on warehouse productivity, motivating the team to meet targets.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures, communicating changes to the team.
• Maintain stock and bin accuracy through regular counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with supply‑chain and clearance teams, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and liaise with internal stakeholders for timely order fulfillment.
