3D Modeling & 3D Printer Operator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated 3D Modeling & 3D Printer Operator to join our on‑site team. You will turn digital concepts into physical prototypes, handling everything from design to final post‑processing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models for prototyping and production.
• Prepare models for printing, including slicing and printer setup.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain FDM/FFF 3D printers.
• Perform printer calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot failed prints and continuously improve print quality.
• Conduct basic post‑processing and finishing of printed parts.
• Support rapid prototyping and product development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with 3D modeling/CAD software.
• Hands‑on experience operating 3D printers and using slicing software.
• Good understanding of 3D printing materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues.
• Comfortable working with tools, machines, and physical prototypes.
• Independent work style with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• 3D modeling/CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, Rhino).
• Slicing software for FDM/FFF printers.
• FDM/FFF 3D printing operation and maintenance.
• Printer calibration and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of 3D printing materials.
