Account Executive – Restaurants

About the role

As an Account Executive – Restaurants you will manage and grow relationships with food partners across Qatar. You will act as the main point of contact, helping partners succeed on the platform while collaborating with internal teams in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of food partners across Qatar.
• Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders.
• Assist partners with onboarding, training and ongoing platform adoption.
• Handle day‑to‑day requests, troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.
• Monitor partner performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and growth initiatives.
• Prepare account updates, reports and insights for business decisions.
• Participate in partner meetings, business reviews and commercial activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand partner needs.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to identify growth opportunities.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with data, reports and performance tracking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
