Account Manager – Enterprise & Mission Critical Networks

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an Account Manager for Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks to join its Customer Unit Gulf team in Qatar. Reporting to the KAM of Mission Critical, you will drive market opportunities across key verticals such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense.

Key responsibilities

• Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader and grow the business in the Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks segment.
• Generate profitable sales, develop long‑term customer relationships and secure short‑, mid‑ and long‑term business opportunities.
• Apply go‑to‑market and commercial models, lead negotiations in both private and public procurement scenarios.
• Identify and leverage market opportunities to strengthen Ericsson’s leadership in targeted verticals.
• Drive orders, net sales, profitability and cash‑flow while managing working capital.
• Coordinate sales engagements across the Gulf geography with the EMEA MCN Business Development team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the ICT industry, focusing on Mission Critical Networks.
• Proven experience selling to verticals such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities and Defense.
• Strong understanding of the communication needs of these sectors.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultural contexts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
