About the role

The Accounting Support Services position assists the Spectrum Management Department with all payment‑related tasks, reducing the workload on station licensing engineers. The role focuses on processing licensing fees, managing financial procedures, and improving overall customer experience for vessel radio licenses.

Key responsibilities

• Process a high volume of customer payments and licensing transactions using the ERP system and Automated Frequency Management System (AFMS).
• Coordinate continuously with the Spectrum Licensing Section and Finance Section to ensure efficient financial operations for small vessel licenses.
• Facilitate fee collection and financial procedures for radio license issuance.
• Enable technical staff to concentrate on licensing technicalities by handling financial tasks.
• Improve customer experience, reduce waiting times, and minimize operational congestion.
• Support field activities in Al Khor and Ruwais locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance reporting or related finance functions.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Previous experience in the telecom sector is an advantage.
