Administrative Assistant & Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant who will also serve as a driver for Pullman, a member of the Accor hotel network in Qatar. The role combines office support, employee services and local transportation duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and enforce in‑house rules and regulations to staff.
• Handle employee inquiries, data submission to government offices and embassies, and arrange medical appointments.
• Perform routine office tasks such as typing, processing employment paperwork, and maintaining filing systems.
• Provide airport pick‑ups, local transfers and accommodation moves for new arrivals.
• Monitor expatriate passports, visas and other legal documents.
• Distribute QIDs, paycards, hotel IDs and health cards to employees.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar legislation, fire, hygiene, health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
• 1–3 years of experience in driving and administrative support.
• Familiarity with local roads, traffic regulations and GPS navigation.
• Basic knowledge of HR and administrative processes.
• Good organisational, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• GPS navigation tools.
