Advertising Manager

About the role

The Advertising Manager will drive key transformational projects and commercial partnerships for QNB's Global Commercial Development (GCD) unit, reporting to the Vice President of Special Projects. This role ensures that project scopes, timelines, and budgets are aligned with strategic objectives and that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project charters and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Execute and monitor commercial partnership agreements, reporting on effectiveness to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with commercial partners and rights holders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and follow project plans, budgets, and timelines as defined by the VP of Special Projects.
• Manage internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
• Identify and advise on potential risks, updating executive management on scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Collaborate with internal GCD teams to deliver impactful projects.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Support documentation and implementation of unit policies and procedures for effective project management.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
