Affluent Banking Market Consultant – Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an Affluent Banking Market Consultant to support Nair Systems’ operations in Qatar. The consultant will translate market research and competitor intelligence into actionable strategies that enhance our premium banking products and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop and refine affluent value propositions, including product bundles, service models, loyalty frameworks and pricing structures.
• Create short‑term quick wins, medium‑term enhancement plans and detailed execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across product development, marketing, digital banking, CRM, operations and frontline staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Advise on growth strategies to increase the affluent customer base, improve profitability and strengthen loyalty.
• Prepare recommendation decks, impact assessments and tracking dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting or related fields.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within the premium segment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in multiple research projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with presentation tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital banking ecosystems.
