Agentic Operator Intern - Marketers Team

About the role

Utopia Studio is an AI-native venture builder for the Global South, partnering with founders to co-build their ventures from idea to spin-out. The Marketers Team is a co-build company within the studio, and this internship sits inside it, not in a general studio marketing track. As an Agentic Operator Intern you will work with Dariya to build daily prototypes: AI agents, automations and working product surfaces used in live campaigns and founder work. It is full-time, part-time or volunteer, with salary discussed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate prototypes every day for Marketers workflows
• Turn briefs into working agents, tools and automations that the team can use
• Work inside live Marketers processes alongside the core team
• Own deliverables rather than tasks, moving fast and shipping things that get used

Required profile

• Experience building something with AI, even if it is scrappy
• Thinking in specifics rather than generalities
• Able to hold multiple things at once and care about the details
• No specific background or degree required; what matters is what you can build

What we offer

• Flexible hybrid arrangement, based in Doha
• Global travel opportunities (unless otherwise stated)
• An inclusive, globally distributed team from the GCC, Africa and Southeast Asia

The interview process starts with a chat with Dariya, followed by a technical test using the same submission format as the Agentic Operator Internship.
