AI Architect (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and deliver scalable AI solutions that generate measurable business impact. The role requires hands‑on expertise in applied AI/ML and the ability to collaborate in Arabic with regional stakeholders across sports, medical and education domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and deployment of AI systems on cloud‑native platforms such as Azure AI Foundry and Google Agent Builder.
• Utilise NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics and multi‑agent frameworks to accelerate solution development.
• Align AI strategies with business priorities in sports performance, medical operations and education.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, sports analytics platforms and medical record systems.
• Establish data workflows between structured and unstructured sources via APIs, middleware and automation.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA and Qatar data‑protection regulations while promoting responsible AI governance.
• Deploy, fine‑tune and optimise conversational AI models, applied ML solutions and knowledge systems for real‑world usage.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases with business leaders and demonstrate ROI through pilots and scaled roll‑outs.
• Monitor system performance, scalability and reliability, driving continuous improvement across AI pipelines.
• Define KPIs and track performance metrics to evaluate AI initiative value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT or Engineering.
• 8+ years of solution architecture experience, including at least 4 years in applied AI/ML projects.
• Fluent Arabic – mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in Azure AI, Google Cloud AI or software architecture preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Google Agent Builder.
• Proficiency with vector databases, knowledge graphs and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud), SDLC, enterprise architecture and system integration.
• Technical design documentation and secure, scalable AI system design.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, API development and automation.
