About the role
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models to solve business challenges across Ooredoo Group, collaborating with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models for customer retention, personalized marketing and operational automation.
- Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines and ensure models are integrated across all operating companies.
- Collaborate with MLOps engineers to implement versioning, monitoring and reliable deployment of models.
- Stay updated on AI research and introduce innovative techniques to the team.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering.
- Telecom industry experience with knowledge of network planning or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure AI.
- MLOps tools for CI/CD and model versioning.
