Aircraft Mechanic – Decal (Cabin Workshops)

About the role

The Cabin Workshops team is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic specialized in decal work. You will perform all tasks according to approved technical data, QR standards and safety procedures, delivering high‑quality results within defined timeframes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned decal‑related tasks to meet customer service standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tooling specific to the decal shop.
• Interpret technical information to ensure continuous, satisfactory operation.
• Achieve productivity targets while working under time constraints.
• Comply with company health and safety policies and report any issues.
• Ensure component rectifications meet QCAA/EASAPART‑145 quality requirements.
• Motivate the team by leading through example.

Required profile

• High School, vocational diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience in aviation‑grade decal fabrication or a decal shop environment.
• Familiarisation training on decal printing machines.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.
