Airport Operations Control Center Officer

About the role
The Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) Officer ensures smooth airport traffic flow by managing parking stands, processing flight data, and monitoring critical systems. You will work in a fast‑paced environment to guarantee data accuracy and operational safety for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate parking stands using the Gate Management System while respecting safety restrictions.
- Process and validate daily flight data and update the Airport Operational Database for up to six days ahead.
- Monitor data flow across all AOCC systems to maintain accuracy and quality for airport users.
- Supervise AOCC system performance and activate contingency measures when needed.
- Oversee the Electronic Visual Information Display System and staff information system to ensure accurate passenger information.
- Track approach radar, Surface Movement Guidance & Control System radar, VHF aeronautical frequencies, and provide Ten‑Miles‑Out and Acting Landing times to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Completed airport/airline operations courses (passenger, ramp, cargo).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in aviation operations.
- Experience in aerodrome operations, ground handling, or airline environments.
