Application Engineer – HVAC (AHU) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Application Engineer with a strong background in HVAC to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on supporting air handling unit (AHU) selection and providing technical recommendations that align with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support AHU selection and deliver technical recommendations based on project specifications.
• Review specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure appropriate equipment solutions.
• Prepare technical submittals, quotations, and compliance documentation.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely project support.
• Assist with technical queries and address customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC application engineering, preferably with AHUs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and air distribution systems.
• Experience working with HVAC consultants, contractors, and MEP projects.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
