Arabic-Speaking HR Generalist - Rewards & HR Data

About the role

An Arabic-speaking HR Generalist is sought in Doha, Qatar, to support key HR activities with a strong focus on rewards, HR data management, job descriptions, promotions and employee transfers. The role suits someone with a solid understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills and the ability to keep accurate employee data.

Key responsibilities

• Support rewards and compensation activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking and employee reward data analysis
• Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, reports and dashboards
• Develop, review and maintain job descriptions aligned with organisational structures and job requirements
• Coordinate promotions, internal transfers and other employee movements in line with HR policies and approval processes
• Support job evaluations, role changes and updates to organisational structures
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver HR services on time and accurately
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, confidentiality requirements and established procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in rewards, HR data, job evaluation or employee lifecycle management
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organisational skills
