About the role
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to enhance organizational effectiveness across the company. The role involves partnering with various departments to design HR initiatives, support change projects, and improve employee performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support organizational development and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with organizational structure, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to performance management and employee development programs.
- Support change management and organizational projects.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with managers and stakeholders to support business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
