Assistant Beach Club Manager – Beach Club Outlet

About the role

As an Assistant Beach Club Manager you will support the daily operations of the SushiSamba beach club at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring high standards of service, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls and profitability.
• Monitor service delivery, address guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement of the dining experience.
• Supervise and coach team members, support performance evaluations and participate in professional development initiatives.
• Help implement marketing initiatives, up‑selling techniques and promotions to drive food and beverage sales.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and team members.
