Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives for a luxury hotel brand. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, the role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and launching digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and direct bookings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital activities with overall business goals.
• Promote the brand internally and externally using appropriate sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners, schedule preview package tours and verify eligibility.
• Provide complimentary gifts and rewards to guests as part of loyalty initiatives.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and message handling.
• Support management in training, evaluating and coaching team members.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury 5‑star resort environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Previous experience with Marriott or similar hospitality brands is preferred.
