Assistant Director of Front of House

About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking an Assistant Director of Front of House to uphold and elevate the property’s renowned service standards. This senior hospitality position will work closely with the Guest Relations team and front‑of‑house departments to ensure a seamless, luxury experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all hotel areas and teams consistently meet Rosewood’s service standards.
• Drive and lead initiatives that increase awareness of service standards across the Front of House.
• Implement and review departmental action plans following quality service audit results.
• Review daily activities of all front‑of‑house areas to maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations to monitor arrivals and departures, guaranteeing smooth guest transitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing front‑of‑house operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership ability to guide teams and enforce service standards.
• Capability to analyse audit results and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Excellent coordination skills for daily operational reviews and guest flow management.
