Assistant F&B Operations Manager

About the role

The Assistant F&B Operations Manager supports the delivery of food and beverage services at St. Regis Doha, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a 5‑star luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day food and beverage and culinary operations.
• Maintain high standards of guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets.
• Coach and motivate staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee concerns, taking ownership of issues until resolved.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting procedures and support the General Manager with annual quality audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 1 year of experience.
• Background in 5‑star luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of LQA and Forbes rating systems.
