Assistant Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support our HR team in Doha. The role involves helping manage employee relations, recruitment compliance and day‑to‑day HR operations within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and tracking employee‑relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Support management and leadership in handling HR matters and responding to employee inquiries.
• Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local laws, company policies and standards.
• Inform HR management of emerging employee‑relations concerns.
• Disseminate information on employer‑employee relations, policies and programs to staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Help coordinate logistics, administration and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist managers with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and motivating employees.
• Follow safety and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards and develop positive working relationships across the organization.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
