Assistant Information Technology Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation of all hotel technology systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Assist with pre‑opening setup, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel colleagues and departments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime across hotel operations.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with corporate IT policies and standards.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and IT asset inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors, oversee system upgrades, and conduct maintenance activities.
• Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, IPTV, telephony, Wi‑Fi, and back‑office applications.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, records, and backup procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory or specialist roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
