Assistant Project Manager – Digital Twin

About the role

Parsons is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a large‑scale Geospatial Digital Twin programme for a national infrastructure owner in the Middle East. You will work closely with the Project Manager and an international team of consultants, architects, data engineers and GIS specialists across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, tracking and reporting scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues.
• Coordinate activities of the international project team and external vendors.
• Support stakeholder engagement, organise workshops, capture requirements and document decisions.
• Help develop functional and non‑functional requirements, solution and data architecture artefacts, and integration designs.
• Track tasks, dependencies and validation activities for the Proof of Concept.
• Support transition from PoC to a production‑grade environment, including testing and go‑live readiness.
• Organise post‑implementation support, warranty services, incident management and minor enhancements.
• Assist in planning and delivering training, knowledge transfer and client adoption activities.
• Prepare draft status reports, presentations and project documentation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting delivery of large‑scale, technology‑focused programmes.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
