About the role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support the outlet manager in overseeing daily operations of a hotel dining venue. You will help ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and contribute to the financial success of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and equipment standards.
- Monitor food quality, guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
- Maintain inventory levels of linen, glassware, silverware, condiments and other supplies.
- Oversee setup of dining and service areas and coordinate work orders for maintenance.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, menu development and track food trends.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and relevant local, state and federal regulations.
