Assistant Server - Food & Beverage

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring a Food & Beverage Server for its resort and residences in Doha, Qatar. The server is part of the Food & Beverage team and provides an enjoyable dining experience through quality, professionalism and friendliness, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to their requests.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.
• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Required profile

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in luxury resort and hotel service considered an asset; experience is an advantage.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
