Assistant Server

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring an Assistant Server for its resort and residences at The Pearl in Doha. The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Required profile

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Reading, writing and spoken English; Arabic is an asset.
• A background in luxury resort and hotel service is considered an asset; experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
