Assistant Vice President – IT Governance & Performance

About the role

The Assistant Vice President IT Governance and Performance will develop and manage QNB's IT performance management framework, ensuring SLA monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness. This senior role supports business decision‑making through performance analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance measurement plans aligned with business cycles, including KPI reporting and performance improvement frameworks.
• Monitor SLA compliance, negotiate targets, and track utilization trends, capacity forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Develop capacity and availability plans, translate business forecasts into infrastructure requirements, and support annual IT budget planning.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, maintain recovery procedures, and ensure testing across the organization.
• Act as the focal point between IT teams, suppliers, and business units for performance measurement and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in IT Governance, Performance Measurement, and Management.
• ITIL Expert certification is mandatory; knowledge of COBIT frameworks is required.
• Proven experience in capacity modeling, performance analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
