Assistant/Associate/Professor of Pediatric Dentistry

About the role

Qatar University is seeking a faculty member in Pediatric Dentistry at the assistant, associate, or professor level. The successful candidate will join a vibrant academic community, contributing to teaching, research, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in pediatric dentistry and related subjects.
• Provide student advising and mentorship as assigned by the department.
• Develop and update curricula, assessment methods, and program materials.
• Engage in scholarly research, publish in leading journals, and secure research funding.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
• Offer professional services to the university and the wider community.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Recognized authority with a strong record of research and scholarly achievements.
• Demonstrated ability to use varied teaching techniques and inspire students.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
• Understanding of equal‑opportunity issues in teaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines.
