Senior Specialist Health Analytics and Reporting

About the role

The Senior Specialist Health Analytics and Reporting will lead the analysis and reporting of health data, providing insights to support evidence‑based decision‑making across public health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze health data to identify trends, patterns and correlations.
• Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights.
• Design and develop health reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data management policies, protection and security are followed.
• Oversee health information systems to maintain data accuracy, integrity and security.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance health data infrastructure and integrate multiple data sources.
• Establish data governance standards and conduct regular audits.
• Provide analytical support for health policy development and program evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Informatics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in health economics, strategic analytics and management (or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
• Proven ability to lead data‑driven projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
