Associate – Microsoft Support Engineer

About the role

The Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Support Specialist provides end‑to‑end assistance across Microsoft cloud platforms. The role focuses on licensing, tenant management, activation and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment of Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform services while maintaining compliance and high user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft licensing assignments, activations and compliance monitoring.
• Set up, configure and administer Microsoft tenant environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including troubleshooting and activation tasks.
• Handle Azure portal activities and resolve related technical issues.
• Design, maintain and support Microsoft‑based portals.
• Provide support for Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Troubleshoot cloud and licensing problems and act as liaison between internal teams and customers.
• Ensure all work follows Microsoft best practices and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft cloud support and licensing.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
