Audit Associate – Assurance Graduate Program

About the role

Join EY’s Assurance Audit Graduate Program in Doha as an Audit Associate. This full‑time position is designed for recent graduates in accounting who want to start a professional career in external audit, gaining hands‑on experience with a variety of clients while working towards a recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client businesses, operations and industry context to deliver tailored audit services.
• Perform substantive testing and evaluate internal controls to ensure reliability of financial statements.
• Analyse financial data, verify accuracy and assess compliance with reporting standards.
• Travel to client sites to conduct fieldwork and collaborate with client teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Accounting, obtained within the last 20 months.
• Middle‑Eastern nationality (excluding Egyptians, Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Libyan, Iranian, Sudanese) unless holding Qatari residency or sponsorship.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
