Finance Reporting, Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for managing all financial reporting, management information (MI), planning and cost‑control activities across the CBIS, CB Leasing and CBRE entities. It ensures accurate, timely production of financial data and supports strategic decision‑making through analysis and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all required financial and management reports to internal stakeholders and external parties such as auditors on schedule.
• Generate, analyse and validate financial information, ensuring data completeness and accuracy in systems.
• Lead the forecasting and planning process to meet the entity’s strategic objectives.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives, control enhancements and KPI development for performance measurement.
• Develop, enhance and maintain efficient reporting systems and processes, including automation of MI production.
• Produce transparent monthly financial and MI reports, highlighting trends, variances and forecasts.
• Document all finance reporting, planning and MI procedures in standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide backup support for the finance team, assist with tax matters and collaborate on system implementations.
