About the role
You will work as a bar professional in an artistic and creative role at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara. The management team expects you to develop original and exciting beverages using local ingredients and traditions, ensuring guest delight.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests according to standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
- Maintain a professionally set up bar at all times.
- Process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
- Take pride in service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of yourself and your area.
- Adhere to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
