About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team and brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable food and beverage experiences. As a Food & Drinks Waiter, you’ll spread the light and warmth of hospitality throughout each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make each meal special.
- Learn menu details, promotions, and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
