Behavioral Therapist (ABA) – Full-time, Doha

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time ABA Therapist to join our on‑site team in Doha, Qatar. The therapist will conduct behavioral assessments and deliver evidence‑based interventions for children with diverse needs, working both one‑on‑one and in an early‑intervention classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA programs.
• Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions and support children in the early‑intervention classroom.
• Collect, record, and analyze session data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and clinicians.
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers about goals and progress.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as an ABA therapist.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Commitment to accurate documentation and ethical practice.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
