About the role

Responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of laboratory and biomedical equipment at ADLQ. The role ensures equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and coordination with vendors.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for biomedical equipment.
  • Manage service contracts, calibrations, and vendor performance.
  • Maintain and update biomedical equipment inventory and service records.
  • Provide technical support, training, and safety guidance to lab users.
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications for new equipment purchases.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in biomedical maintenance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Required skills

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
  • Calibration procedures for biomedical devices.
  • Use of computer‑based maintenance management systems.
  • Vendor contract and performance management.
