About the role
BORK is opening a new boutique at Place Vendôme Mall in Qatar and seeks a Boutique Director to lead the launch. You will shape the store from the ground up, building a high‑performing team and delivering a luxury client experience that reflects the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Drive boutique performance and achieve commercial targets.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a boutique team.
- Establish and uphold BORK’s exceptional service standards.
- Oversee daily retail, operational, and administrative processes.
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and client experience.
- Represent BORK at brand events and key client activations.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Commitment to delivering personalized, detail‑oriented service.
