Branch Manager (Qatari & Children of Qatari Mothers)

About the role

Manage the branch in line with CBQ strategic objectives, driving sales, business growth and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subordinates, provide on‑the‑job training and feedback.
• Contribute to budget preparation, monitor financial performance and identify unsatisfactory areas.
• Implement segment value propositions, manage staffing and oversee marketing and business development plans.
• Lead customer focus initiatives, product awareness campaigns and approve advances to manage cash exposure.
• Monitor branch performance, credit portfolio quality and take remedial actions as needed.
• Ensure branch service quality, handle complaints and promote self‑service channels.
• Conduct coaching and capability‑building programs for the branch team.
• Generate periodic and ad‑hoc reports on team achievements.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and controls to meet risk, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Experience in supervising staff and managing a branch or similar business unit.
• Ability to prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial performance and drive operational excellence.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and capability to handle complaints and promote self‑service channels.
• Proven ability to lead marketing, business development and change‑management initiatives.
