Finance Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the Qatar Airways Enterprise Data Analytics team within the Finance Division as a Finance Business Intelligence (FBI) Manager. You will steer the FBI strategy across business units, delivering data products and insights that drive performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the FBI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create data products, dashboards and analytical models using PowerBi and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership and other stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Lead and mentor the Finance Business Intelligence team, supporting data quality and analytics capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role focusing on PowerBi and Alteryx.
• Proven experience managing a team of data analysts or BI professionals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to senior management.

Required skills

• PowerBi – dashboard creation, data visualization, publishing and scheduling.
• Alteryx – data preparation, blending, workflow and macro development.
• Google Cloud Platform analytics tools (BigQuery ML, AutoML, AI Platform).
• Experience with data analysis, machine learning and digital transformation projects.
