Business Acquisition and Partner Success Lead

About the role

As the Business Acquisition and Partner Success Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of restaurant and retail partner acquisition for Snoonu’s food and e‑commerce business. You will build and lead a team of specialists, drive measurable growth in partner supply, GMV and assortment, and support SME merchants to thrive on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define the annual and quarterly acquisition strategy (target verticals, geographies, partner tiers, assortment gaps) in line with company growth goals.
• Set team structure, hire, coach and develop Business Acquisition Specialists and Business Development Managers.
• Align acquisition strategy with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations and Category teams.
• Oversee lead generation and pipeline management, ensuring Salesforce discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Personally lead and close strategic, high‑value or complex partner negotiations.
• Establish commercial‑terms frameworks for specialists to negotiate within.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding funnel, setting standards for time‑to‑live, document accuracy and partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to remove friction for new partners.
• Track market trends and translate research into acquisition‑strategy adjustments.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a sales or business‑development team and achieving aggressive growth targets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable closing high‑value or complex deals.
• Deep knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
